GENERAL LIABILITY RELEASE FORM: Vashon Island Pop-Up Parade 2020
By signing below, I agree that on the 4th day of July 2020, intending to be legally bound hereby, the undersigned agrees and does hereby release from liability and to indemnify and hold harmless The Vashon Island Chamber of Commerce (Persons or Entity being Released) and any agents, members, co-planning persons or entities representing or related in regards to the planning of The Vashon Island Pop-up Parade event by The Vashon Island Chamber of Commerce.
This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries, (including death), property losses or damages, traffic or automobile-related accidents, or damage occasioned by, or in connection with the Vashon Island Chamber of Commerce (Persons or Entity being Released), the Pop-up parade event.
The undersigned further agrees to abide by all rules and regulations promulgated by The Chamber (Persons or Entity being Released) and/or members of the board, affiliate groups, co-planners, and associates.
The undersigned also agrees to adhere to all traffic laws, rules and regulations appropriate to the roads driven by the parade and by signing this waiver also acknowledges that the Vashon Island Chamber of Commerce does NOT support any breaking of laws or unsafe driving and that each Vehicle, Person or Entity in the parade is acting independently and is solely responsible for their actions.
