Healthy Relationship Chats at the Senior Center with Nyn Grey

 These loosely facilitated chat circles will be focused on exploring what healthy relationships look and feel like to us as we age over time. We will talk about topics such as communication skill building, boundary setting, honoring both self and other, and much more! Conversations will be guided by the participants and the chat environment will be relaxed and flexible.
