Stretch and Strengthening exercise programs to do anywhere, anytime you can/will using bands, straps, TRX suspension training, balls, free weights and your body.

Personal Training Sessions $45-$85
Buddy System Sessions $25-$45 per person
Small Group Classes (up to 5 people) $15/20 per person
