About Us
Seeds4Success provides opportunities for Vashon youth and adults with disabilities to learn the skills necessary to become independent, productive, employed and involved community members. It is our vision to provide the resources, information and assistance that will successfully support youth, adults and families impacted by disbilities to be fully integrated members of their community. Seeds4Success has two main focus areas, Community Employment Service and Support Services .
Community Employment Service works with King County Developmental Disabilities Administration, Washington State Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Vashon School District, Vashon Chamber of Commerce and others. We offer our clients job coaching support and both paid and volunteer positions, depending on their schedules and wants.
Our support service through DVR provides educational consultation, referrals, classes for parents, tutoring, assessment, and assistance with inclusion in community activities. We can also connect families with other local, county and statewide resources.
