Since 1994 Shelter America Group has endeavored to create and serve the affordable housing needs of working families and seniors in the Pacific Northwest. By virtue of forging strategic partnerships with other housing development organizations, Shelter America Group has succeeded in expanding its sponsorship of affordable housing across the state of Washington, as well as Oregon and Arizona. Today we continue our work in both rural and urban communities, and actively pursue new opportunities to fulfill the vital demand for affordable rental housing on a regional basis.
