Walter Bell started as a Chef in the famous Moulin Rouge in Newcastle, England, and spent many years training in some of the best hotels in the Scottish Highlands, as well as small intimate restaurants in the south of England and France.

Recently Walter has catered functions for Palouse Winery, as well as serving as the guest chef in Vashon Allied Arts culinary program.
